The Website is provided for your personal use, subject to these terms and
conditions, as well as any other rules or policies posted on the Website
(including our Privacy Policy) (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”).
By visiting the Website, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and
Conditions, which govern your access to and use of the Website and all content and
functionalities available through it (or any related domain names operated by Duha
World FZ-LLC) (the “Services”).
ACCOUNTS
To access and use some services and features, like newsletters and exclusive
content, you might need to register or subscribe. When you register or subscribe,
you agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information about
yourself. Please make sure to update your information promptly if there are any
changes. We can change our registration or subscription criteria whenever we need
to.
As a registered user of the website, it's important for you to take care of your
account information, including your passwords and other identifiers. You're fully
responsible for all activities that take place under your account. If you notice
any unauthorized use of your password or account, please let us know right away.
Duha World FZ-LLC will not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or
damage arising from your failure to comply with these responsibilities. You may
also be held liable for losses incurred by us or others due to unauthorized access
caused by your failure to secure your account.
ORDERS FOR THE PRODUCTS
The products shown for sale on the Website depend on acceptance and
availability. If, for any reason, we can't supply a product after you've
placed your order, we'll let you know right away. We'll cancel your
order for that product and either refund you or re-credit your account
for any amount you paid or were charged for the unavailable item.
You can order as many as ten (10) items of one product!
Every order is subject to approval. DUHA has the right to refuse or
cancel any order for various reasons. This may include inaccuracies or
errors in product or pricing information, issues with obtaining payment
authorization, shipping restrictions on certain items, quality control
concerns that lead to the withdrawal of an item, not meeting the
eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions, or any
other issues we may identify.
DUHA will keep a record of your transactions for five (5) years.
Once you place your order, you'll get an email that confirms all the
details for you! Thank you for your order! We want to let you know that
we’ve received it, but this email doesn’t mean it’s been accepted just
yet.
Your order will be accepted once we finish packing it up for you. Your
contract with DUHA becomes official once we send out the products to
you. You'll then get a second email to confirm that the dispatch has
taken place. The sale contract is finalized in Dubai, United Arab
Emirates, and it is written in English. Our third-party payment
processor and nominated courier are not authorized to accept orders on
behalf of DUHA.
We may choose not to process a transaction or provide service to anyone
at any time, based on our own judgment. We want to let you know that we
aren't responsible to you or anyone else for taking a product off the
Website (even if it has been sold), changing or removing content on the
Website, deciding not to process a transaction, or stopping or canceling
a transaction once it has started.
We strive to provide accurate product details on our Website, but
sometimes pricing errors may happen. Thank you for your understanding!
We'll let you know right away if we find any mistakes in the pricing of
a product in your order. We want to let you know that we aren't required
to accept or complete an order for a product that was listed at the
wrong price. We also have the right to cancel that order, even if it has
already been accepted or is on its way to you. If you happen to order a
product at the wrong price, we’ll reach out to you by email or phone to
let you know that part of your order has been canceled. Once you've made
your payment for the product(s), we'll make sure to refund the full
amount or re-credit your account as quickly as we can. If the products
are recalled during transit, we’ll happily process your refund or re-
credit as soon as they come back to us.
When you confirm your purchase at the end of the order process, you're
agreeing to pay the total amount for the product(s) in your order, which
includes any delivery charges that may apply.
