Processing Your Order

We process orders from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM GST (Gulf Standard Time). Please note that we take a break on weekends and UAE public holidays. We kindly ask for your patience as we process your order, which may take 1 to 3 business days.

As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes tracking details!

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

DUHA offers free standard shipping via DHL, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 4 business days after your order has been dispatched:

 

• United Arab Emirates:
  • Standard DHL Delivery: Next-day delivery.
  • Orders before 12 PM: Same-day delivery.
• GCC Countries:
  • Standard DHL Delivery: 1 to 3 working days.
• EU Countries and the UK:
  • Standard DHL Delivery: 2 to 3 working days.
• USA:
  • Standard DHL Delivery: 2 to 4 working days.
    

 

Taxes and Duties

• In the United Arab Emirates, the purchase price includes VAT, so there are no extra charges when your order arrives.
• In the United Kingdom, United States, European Union, and GCC countries, the final price covers all applicable taxes and duties, so you won't have any extra charges when your order arrives.
